Memory Verse Review Games

Picture
According to the Psalmist, one of the most lasting ways you can impact a child is to help plant God's Word into his or her heart (Psalm 119:11). When the child faces temptation, the Holy Spirit can bring relevant verses he has memorized to mind and strengthen his resolve to resist that temptation. However, if the child has not been faithful at memorizing the verses that you teach, then he will have little to draw on in that moment of temptation.

You can greatly motivate the children in your class to memorize the verse by giving them a fun way to repeat the verse until it has been deposited into their memory banks. Here are some games to help you do this.
